Prologue Success!

June 13th—

Last Friday's Prologue event will go down in the (literary) history books: you helped us raise an astounding $25,000 to support our students! An enormous thank you to all who joined us at the beautiful American Writers Museum, to Kevin Coval for speaking to the necessity of listening to youth voices, to Wow Bao for leaving us stuffed and happy, to GlitterGuts for making us look fabulous (pics here!) to Poems While You Wait for a'fluttering our hearts with their enjambments, and to KOVAL Distillery, Tenzing Wine & Spirits, and Begyle Brewing for providing us with delicious beverages. Stay tuned for more photos from the amazing Light & Pine

We are immeasurably grateful for our generous sponsors - McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP, Buckley Sandler LLP, Brilliant, The University of Chicago Press, CBRE, Coyote Logistics, DigitasLBi Chicago, Brooklyn Boulders Chicago, Gensler, and CHIRP - Chicago Independent Radio Project.
