Today 826CHI is launching the Student Writing Delivery Service. For as little as $5 a month, all recurring donors can opt in to receive a designed piece of student writing in their mailbox or inbox every month for a year. Each piece of writing is curated by an 826CHI student, and many of these student masterpieces have been unavailable to the public—until now!
For $5 a month, donors will receive a piece of student writing in their inbox each month. These emails will be strictly student writing and will never contain other news, promotions, or solicitations. These $5 per month will help 826CHI provide a safe, clean, and bright writing hideout with a roof, heat, AC, electricity, and writing supplies to over 3,500 Chicago students each year.
For $15 a month, donors will receive student writing at their doorstep each month. Cheer up your mailbox with a carnation yellow envelope containing an 826CHI story, which has been lovingly designed by Diana Molleda. This contribution will help 826CHI offer a high school senior a one-on-one college essay-writing session.
For $40 a month, donors will receive student writing at their doorstep *and* an advance copy of one major 826CHI student publication each year. This generous contribution will enable 826CHI to publish paperbook chapbook memoirs for a full class of Chicago teens.
